For Five Years Running, Squire has been named one of Utah’s Best Companies to Work For

For the fifth consecutive year, Squire has been named one of the state’s Best Companies to Work For in 2022 by Utah Business Magazine. According to the publication, the award is given after reviewing a ranking system that includes several factors such as flexibility, pay equity, vacation time, management, and others, after gathering input from the nominated company’s own employees.

“This is an honor that our leadership team is tremendously proud of,” said Squire CEO Jonyce Bullock. “We strive to be the best accounting firm in our community. Doing that starts with empowering and caring for our employees and fostering the best workplace possible. We are grateful to be recognized with this award once again.”

Squire continues to implement policies and benefits keeping their employees in mind including things such as flexible work schedules and locations, paid family leave for all parents, women’s professional growth groups, and a pay structure that does not allow for discrimination based on gender.

Squire, along with the other Best Companies to Work For winners, was celebrated at a luncheon at the Grand America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City on Dec. 8, 2022.
