The selection process for this recognition involved nearly 200 firms nationwide and included a comprehensive two-part survey. The first part assessed various aspects of each firm, such as workplace policies, practices, culture, and demographics, contributing about 25% to the overall score. The second and more heavily weighted component, making up around 75% of the total evaluation, was an employee survey that captured feedback on their experiences and satisfaction. The combined results from these evaluations determined the final rankings.
