Audit Assistance Services
At Squire, we specialize in helping businesses prepare for the audit process, ensuring that you’re fully equipped for a smooth, successful audit—even though we’re not your auditors. Our audit assistance service is an advisory solution designed to prepare companies for third-party audits by identifying gaps, cleaning up financial records, preparing audit schedules and memos, and drafting filings. We also provide guidance during the audit itself, coaching you through the process, answering audit inquiries, and advocating for you if challenges arise.
Whether you’re a company undergoing your first audit, preparing for public offerings, or already a public filer, our team is here to assist you every step of the way.
Who Benefits from Audit Assistance?
- Companies new to audits or with limited resources – If your business has never needed an audit before and/or lacks the internal capacity to get “audit-ready,” we step in to provide the expertise and resources to fill those gaps.
- Growing public companies – or small-cap companies or those planning on going public, we assist in navigating the complexities and drafting of SEC filings, GAAP compliance, and navigating new or complex standards. Squire provides the additional support your team needs for a successful SEC audit.
